Our items are carefully inspected numerous times before making their way to you. No broken items are shipped out.
Items must be stored in a cool, dry place, failure to do so will result in a damaged product.
HEX TIE is not responsible for ware and tare damages.
If upon 20 days of receiving shipment, a product becomes damaged for other reasons other than wear and tear or improper use of product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and pictures of the damage so that we may further assist you. HEX TIE will determine if the damage was caused by client or faulty product, in the case of the first situation, no refund or warranty replacement will be given.
Damages occurred after 20 days are out of warranty and cannot be refunded or replaced, these have been caused by reasons not produced by HEX TIE.
We understand during shipping, items are at risk of breaking, if you have received a broken product please contact us at email@example.com and provide picture of the damage so that we be may rectify this error.
Please allow HEX TIE 3 business days after receiving e-mail confirmation to process each claim.
After the claim has been solved you will be shipped a new tie of the original model purchased.
